The Opportunity:
Invoice admin & timeliness and quality job file management raise global invoices and process in line with KPIs to improve Toll's cash flow and customer satisfaction
Rate checking check rates for all invoices to ensure integrity of invoices, reduced invoice disputes & rejections by customers and revenue assurance and end to end profitability
Peak Season Surcharge calculations based on threshold application by country/region/port pair (as applicable) invoicing and approvals
Resolve queries & disputes with customers and branches
Quality communications with customers, GF branches globally, and senior management, initiating own efforts to quickly overcome problems to meet urgent requirements, deadlines, and special requests.
Responsible to plan own workload and work within a high functioning team to coordinate with internal/external parties to ensure the effective processing of global invoicing on daily basis.
What you'll need to succeed in this role:
Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent
Need to have experience in international freight forwarding and/or invoicing or costing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and able to work under tight deadline
Advanced proficiency in use of MS Word, Excel and CW1 (preferred)
Read, write and speak English & Mandarin fluently
