Brand Strategy Development: Collaborate with the line manager, sales team, and headquarters branding team to create and implement effective brand marketing strategies and new product go-to-market plans. Continuously improve brand awareness, influence, and market share in the local market.
Marketing Budget Management: Allocate marketing budgets strategically across various projects, including digital media marketing and offline marketing. Set clear monthly goals and develop practical plans to ensure optimal use of marketing budgets and achieve the best possible ROI.
Digital Marketing: Oversee social media operations, influencer marketing, online advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives. Manage campaign effectiveness and ensure the ROI of all digital marketing activities.
Offline Marketing: Handle the design, production, and distribution of offline materials (POSM and gifts). Organize and support regional exhibitions, roadshows, training sessions, and other events, leading the process from planning to execution. Coordinate with regional teams and headquarters to enhance offline brand displays and increase brand visibility.
Public Relations and Media Relations: Maintain strong relationships with local media and collaborate effectively with local PR agencies. Engage with media journalists and influencers to promote and disseminate brand messages, enhancing brand awareness and reputation.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze local market data, user profiles, competitive products, and industry information. Provide insights and analysis reports to inform marketing strategies and boost sales, contributing to increased market share.
Job Qualifications:
Full-time bachelor degree or above, Arabic native, English can be used as a working language. Willing to work in an international cultural working environment.
More than 3 years of work experience, at least 2 years of experience in integrated marketing for consumer electronics brands, familiar with and involved in at least 2 marketing areas, such as e-commerce marketing, marketing planning, PR, social media operations, digital advertising, exhibitions, terminal retail, e-commerce traffic generation, etc.
Based in Saudi Arabia, you can adapt to business trips in different major cities such as Jeddah and Dammam.
Data-oriented, goal-oriented, with good cost control awareness and excellent project coordination skills, responsible for the ROI of marketing activities.
Be proactive, passionate about marketing work, have quick thinking, strong learning ability, strong execution ability, good communication skills, teamwork and resource integration ability.
