Job Details
Job Description: Delaware Resource Group is searching for F/A-18 Kuwait Live Flight Instructors to provide Contract Instructor Pilot Services to the Kuwait Air Force (KAF) at Ahmad Al-Jaber Air Base, Kuwait.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides flight, simulator, and academic instruction to KAF pilots.
- Conducts familiarization, qualification, upgrade, standardization, flight, and ground instruction in support of customer courses ranging from CAT I to advanced training, including air-to-air gunnery, air-to-ground strike, day/night in-flight refueling, and day/night low-level training.
- Maintains aircrew training materials and courseware.
- Assists the customer operations and training staff in development of aircrew instructional philosophy, syllabi, evaluation criteria, and approaches for standardizing training materials, delivery, and training standards.
- Performs as Subject Matter Expert for courseware maintenance support.
- Assists the KAF in building aircraft, employment, and weapons briefings to support KAF continuation training.
- Establishes qualifications and training standards.
Security Responsibilities
- Must have a current US Secret security clearance.
- Shall take all measures necessary to prevent foreign intelligence collection and/or the unauthorized disclosure of information governed by the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulation (EAR).
- Shall adhere to the information and technology controls required by DoD 5200-1.

Basic Qualifications
- 4th or 5th Gen Fighter Aircraft Pilot Experience such as F/A-18, F-16, F-15, F-35 or F-22F.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a fighter Formal Training Unit (FTU) instructor.
- Relevant flying experience within the previous eight (8) years at hiring date.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous flight and training experience in the F/A-18 Legacy and Super Hornet Aircraft.
- A combination of F/A-18C and F/A-18E Super Hornet experience.
- F/A-18 Fleet Replacement Squadron Instructor Pilot.
- F/A-18 Division Lead.
- Top Gun Weapons and Tactics Instructor.
- AMRAAM Instructor.
- Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System Instructor.
- Experience working with Kuwait Ministry of Defense.
