As F&B Waiter/Waitress - (Chinese Restaurant), we rely on you to:
- Support the daily operation of our signature Chinese restaurant - Shang Palace
- Provide a high-quality service to restaurant guests
- Ensure the smooth operation of the work section appointed

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a passion for Food & Beverage
- Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner
- Loves interacting with guests and customers
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury Chinese restaurant or a 5* hotel background
- Communicates with fluency in English and proficiency in basic Mandarin is required
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
- Is committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Is willing to work shifts
Average service charge: AED 1,000/per month
Language allowance: AED 250/per month

As F&B Captain - (Chinese Restaurant), we rely on you to:
- Interact and engage with restaurant guests and maintain high quality service standards
- Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit (or team cohesiveness)
- Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally
- Consistently looking to increase satisfaction levels from a Colleague, Guest and Owner perspective
- Support the daily operation in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, assist with monthly forecasting, weekly schedule, restaurant profitability evaluation etc.
- Take responsibility, in partnership with the Restaurant Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Loves interacting with guests
- Believes in teamwork
- Communicates with fluency in English and proficiency in basic Mandarin is required
- Preferably has experience working in either a luxury Chinese restaurant or a 5* hotel background

Basic salary: AED 2,260/per month
Average service charge: AED 1,000/per month
