Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Face to Face Customer Service Representative located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve customer issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is required
