Role Description

We are seeking a Facilities Management Assistant to join our in-house team in Riyadh This is an in-office role, and remote working will not be offered.

The Facilities Management Assistant will support the Facilities Management team in maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. This role will involve assisting with daily operations and overseeing facility-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily operations of facilities, including maintenance and repairs.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and logistics.
  • Support asset management and consumable stock control in collaboration with inventory management.
  • Help prepare and maintain project-related documentation, such as maintenance logs.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify and address any issues.
  • Maintain documentation related to facility operations and ensure the workplace is organized and efficient.
  • Support inventory management and assist with maintaining supply levels.
  • Record and report any incidents or issues related to facilities.

Required Skills

  • Bilingual in English and Arabic, with strong writing skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily tasks and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and demonstrate enthusiasm for facilities management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a clear sense of urgency.

Required Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in facilities management or a similar role.
  • Experience in administrative duties and report preparation.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in presenting information clearly.
