Facilities Management Director - Exciting Client-Side Position - Riyadh, KSA

Our client is part of a larger group of companies that collectively employee over 50,000 people in over 20 countries worldwide. Their KSA JV Facilities Management arm offers both Service Provider and Consultancy services to a range of clients in KSA, enabling them to deliver both hard and soft FM directly or act on behalf of the client to ensure a first-class asset management service to their client property portfolios.

Currently they are seeking a Facilities Project Director for a high profile and prestigious contract in Riyadh. Candidates should be strong in all areas of Facilities Management and will have experience managing best practice service delivery for both hard and soft FM services, in addition candidates will have a clear understanding and experience of the following:

• High level client integration
• Performance management of subcontractors for the full range of FM services through KPIs and SLAs
• Responsibility for the development and upskilling of both their in-house team and assist in developing and improving subcontractor performance
• A knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, Quality management and statutory compliance requirements
• Assist in recruiting team members

Requirements:

· Degree qualified preferred

· Must hail from an Facilities Management background ideally exposure to client side responsibilities

· 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management

· Someone who is determined and flexible in their work ethos this role would suit a committed individual who thrives in a busy, fast paced environment

· The role will require someone who is accountable and responsible at all times so flexibility around working hours will be expected
