Reimagine Whats Possible
Responsibilities:
Utilize SAP software to manage and track various administrative tasks, including but not limited to processing orders, managing invoices, and generating reports. Handle petty cash transactions, including disbursing funds, reconciling receipts, and maintaining accurate records. Assist in checking in inventory items, verifying quantities received against purchase orders, and ensuring accuracy in stock levels. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff. Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders as necessary. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information. Facilitate Concur training sessions for new hires. Assist with events coordination. Handle facility related tasks given by the Facility Supervisor.
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Proficiency in SAP software is preferable. Experience in handling petty cash and financial reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Diploma or college degree; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar industry or environment. Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
