Job Description
The factory supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of goods, specifically in the food industry, with a focus on spices. They will work closely with other departments to ensure that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the factory, including production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure that production targets are met and that food products, particularly spices, are manufactured according to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in GI and PI production.
- Manage and motivate the factory staff, providing training and development opportunities as needed.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in GI and Pre Insulated Duct production.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control in the HVAC industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
