We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin/Personal Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales and administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, coordinating with the sales team, and assisting in various administrative tasks.
  • Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,
  • 00 - AED3,000.00 per month

    Prefer laguages: English, Tagalog

    Education:
  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience: atleast 1 year experienced in Dubai
  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Hotelier
  • Customer Service

  • Responsibility:-
Sort out incoming leads and assign them.
  • Serve as the point of contact and schedule appointments and consultations for potential clients with the sales team.
Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Over administrative part prepare and process documents such as contracts, invoices, agreements and other necessary paperwork.
Maintain and update client information and lead statuses in the system.
  • Coordinate internal communication between sales consultants and other departments.
Conduct follow-ups with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and to gather feedback.
  • Generate and manage sales and administrative reports as required.
* Maintain the attendance of the staff.
  • Ensure office supplies with timely manner.
