We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic female barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests.
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Welcome customers as they arrive, take orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and attention to detail.- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation and service areas.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Upsell coffee beans, pastries, and other products to increase sales.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.- Build rapport with customers to create a loyal customer base and enhance the overall customer experience.
Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage recipes.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality beverages.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in barista training is a plus.
