We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Customer Service Supervisor to oversee our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction and a proven track record in Ecommerce. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and our team operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise: Manage a team of customer service associates, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Customer Assistance:
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience.Team Coordination:
Schedule shifts, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.Quality Control: Monitor customer interactions to ensure adherence to company policies and high service standards.
- Problem Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions.
Sales Support:
Assist in sales activities, promotions, and special events as needed.Reporting:
Maintain and analyze customer service metrics, preparing reports for management.
Qualifications:Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in Ecommerce.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with retail management systems and customer service software.Availability:
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
