About Us:

We are a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. As our company grows we are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Coordinator in Abu Dhabi branch to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to potential customers. We have an international team across the globe, and you will play a crucial role onsite when it comes to bookings & scheduling of the team.

  • Position: Customer Coordinator
  • Main Duties:

- _To be the main point of contact person between the client and studio team employees (ex., photographers, retouchers and others)._

- _Inspect the studio and ensure that its well prepare for before clients arrival, including, but not limited to inventory management, equipment arrangement and in-stocking, dress selections, decorations and etc._

- _Manage studio bookings, ensure appoints are booked without conflicts, maximizing studios capacity, minimizing downtime between sessions._

- _Handle payments from customers, prepare invoices accordingly._

- _Being proactive and assist clients accordingly, by actively engaging with them._

- _Resolve and address any issues on spot, handle any complaints or dissatisfactions from clients with professionalism and tact._

- _Offer support to photographers in managing client interactions and addressing any challenges that may arise during photo session._

- _Ensure that clients feel values and supported throughout their entire interactions with the studio, from booking to post-session follow ups._
  • Requirements:

- _At Least 2 years of Experience in Customer Service within the Hospitality Sector_

- _Knowledge of English_

- _Fast typing_

- _Attention to Details_

- _Administrative and Computer Literacy & Accuracy_

- _Excellent Communication & Organizational Skill_

- _Team Player_

- _Ability to accommodate flexibility in day-off arrangement as per business needs, willingness to work on weekends & holidays_

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Day off will be during the weekday (1 day from Monday-Thursday /Friday - Sunday are working days).
Working shifts are always different and you need to be commited for any of the time (morning/afternoon/evening shifts)
