Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments for new clients, including health history, goals, and current fitness level.
Design and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to individual needs and goals (weight loss, muscle gain, strength training, etc.).- Motivate and guide clients throughout their workout sessions, ensuring proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
Track client progress, monitor results, and adjust programs as needed.
- Provide expert advice on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and exercise modifications for clients with limitations.
* Conduct engaging and informative small group fitness classes (e.g., strength training, Zumba )
