- Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR / Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and hiring candidates. You will collaborate closely with department managers to understand their hiring requirements and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and culture.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Act as a consultant to hiring managers and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management.
Proven work experience as an HR / Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
A degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
