Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Female Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media
- Present, promote, and sell properties using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyze the markets potential, track sales, and status reports- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Continuously improve through feedback
Proven work experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus- Valid UAE driving license
