The
Sales Admin Coordinator is crucial in linking our sales and logistics operations, managing the flow of goods and information to meet customer demands efficiently. This role demands excellent coordination skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication abilities to interface effectively with internal teams, customers, and external logistics partners.
Efficiently process and manage customer orders, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and prompt delivery.
- Liaise with sales staff, customers, and internal departments to verify orders, resolve discrepancies, and confirm timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare essential documentation like sales orders and purchase orders, facilitating smooth operations and compliance.- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure inventory is replenished and maintained appropriately.
Maintain precise inventory records and update systems to reflect current stock and transaction data.
- Act as the primary contact for customer queries related to orders, delivery timelines, and product queries.
Quickly address and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to relevant departments.- Arrange and oversee transport and delivery schedules with logistics partners to guarantee efficient shipment of goods.
Produce and manage shipping documents in line with regulatory and company requirements.
- Support sales and customer service tasks, contributing to the team's overall targets and objectives.
Generate and analyze reports on sales and logistics performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.- Keep comprehensive records of all transactions, ensuring documentation is available for audit and compliance purposes.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and logistics coordination, ideally within the
FMCG
sector handling perishable items is a must. Proficient in CRM systems.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, logistics operations, and customer service principles.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and external partners.- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
