Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the fitness industry.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.

• Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.

Strong analytical and data-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.

Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant sales tools.

• Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to creating a collaborative work environment.

• Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.

Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion and member retention.

• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, analyzing performance and driving improvement.

Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create a seamless member experience.

• Contribute to developing and implementing marketing initiatives to support sales goals.
