Job Title: Female Sales Executive

INNOVEX AGENCY is a leading marketing agency located in Dubai, specializing in video production, content creation, social media management, VFX and 3D videos, commercial video production, website development, and branding.
  • Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales, generating new business, and closing deals. This role requires an individual with a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our joinery products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Act as a liaison between customers and our design and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Attend Events and meetings with potential clients.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend improvements to products and services.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our market presence and increase revenue.
  • Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the markeitng or production agency industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding, with the ability to adapt sales strategies to different cultural backgrounds.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
