Responsibilities- Drive membership sales by effectively communicating the unique benefits and features of our ladies gym.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members, understanding their fitness goals and tailoring membership packages accordingly.
- Proactively generate leads through outreach, networking, and community engagement to expand the gym's member base.
- Collaborate with marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation opportunities.
- 3. Customer Relationship Management
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the membership acquisition process.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Regularly analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and surpass set goals.
- Plan and participate in promotional events, both within the gym and in the community, to increase brand awareness and attract new members.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- 7. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and member interactions using CRM software.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance for management review.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate the unique value proposition of our company.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
