We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Female Supervisor preferably speaks tagalog, to lead and manage our team of maids. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service, and managing the performance and well-being of the maids under her supervision.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of the maids to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Assign daily duties and monitor progress to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.- Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to ensure they meet quality standards.
Prepare work schedules for the maids, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the maids and management, relaying information and instructions as needed.
