Female Supervisor

You+Baby Studio is a Dubai-based photo studio offering family photography services around the UAE. We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team and ensure smooth operational activities within the photo studio, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Housekeeping Supervisor has to manage and support our studio assistants & drivers, by encouraging them to deliver high-quality services to clients.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management:

Supervise and coordinate the work of studio assistants and drivers

• Schedule shifts and assignments for the team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.

Provide training and guidance to new employees, ensuring they adhere to studio standards and procedures.

• Establish and enforce grooming standards for studio assistants, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.

Provide guidance and resources for personal grooming and hygiene practices as needed.

• Conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with grooming policies and address any concerns or issues promptly.

• Client Relations:

Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met.

• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

• Operational Efficiency:

Ensure all studio equipment is properly maintained and in working order.

• Monitor inventory of supplies and place orders as needed to replenish stock.

Oversee the inventory of props, equipment, and supplies used in studio sessions.

• Ensure props are organized, cataloged, and readily accessible for photographers and assistants.

Coordinate the procurement and maintenance of props to support studio themes and client preferences.

• Car Management:

Maintain the studio's cars

• Schedule regular maintenance and inspections for studio vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Coordinate transportation logistics for assistants assignments, including vehicle preparation and driver assignments.

• Quality Assurance:

Review assistants and drivers to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.

• Provide constructive feedback to staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Conduct periodic quality checks to uphold the studio's reputation for excellence.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience (minimum of 3-5 years) in a supervisory role within a Hospitality, Customer Service or similar environment.

• Mandatory to have Valid UAE Driving License

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.

• Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts, equipment requests, and other operational issues efficiently

Ability to accommodate flexibility in day-off arrangements as per business needs, willing to work on weekends & holidays
