We are seeking a reliable and efficient Telecaller to join our real estate team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to receive incoming calls from prospective clients and effectively forward those calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the organization. Your exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor will be instrumental in creating a positive impression of our company and ensuring efficient call handling.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously, maintaining a friendly and professional tone at all times.
Greet callers, determine their purpose, and provide appropriate assistance or direct the call to the relevant department or individual within the organization.- Collect and verify caller information, including their contact details, property preferences, and specific inquiries, and record this information accurately for future reference.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing callers questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date call log and ensure all necessary information is accurately documented.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth call flow and efficient handling of client inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and basic office applications.
* Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of incoming calls while maintaining composure.
