iPANAC Accounting & Bookkeeping is a well-established firm specializing in accounting and bookkeeping services. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Female Telesales Executive with experience Accounting industry in the UAE market to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our accounting and bookkeeping services.- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through direct phone conversations and follow-up communications.
Maintain a database of potential clients and track communication and sales progress.
- Schedule appointments for the business development team with qualified leads.
Provide detailed information about the company's services and answer any questions from prospective clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster trust and repeat business.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and improve lead generation.
Provide regular reports on telesales activities and results to the management team.
1-5 years of experience in telesales or a related role within the accounting and bookkeeping industry.- Proven experience and familiarity with the UAE market.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections in a professional manner.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
