FF&E Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Interior Designer at Sobha Realty located in Dubai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), Mood Board creation, Design development, Project coordination. The role will involve collaborating with project teams, developing design concepts, creating 3D visualizations, and overseeing the implementation of design plans.

• Qualifications

Strong skills in space planning, architecture, and interior design

• Knowledge of FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment)

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Interior design with a focus on FF&E and mood boards.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadline simultaneously

• Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics

Experience in luxury residential or hospitality design is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
