Summary
Responsible for conducting on the job coaching and training sessions for Medical Representatives and participate in developing high potential Medical Representatives towards creating future leaders pipeline.
Job Requirements
- Carrying out coaching field visits on regular basis with FF (70% of his/her working hours) to foster their selling skills and communication competencies.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to the accompanied field force and line management with clear and concise developmental action steps.
- Update & co-ordinate Training Needs Assessment and ensure individual development plans are completed for FF.
- Provide on monthly basis a field training plan/itinerary in coordination with field force management.
- Participate in induction training program for the new medical representatives.
- Establishing and enhancing quality of selling skills through performing Role Plays workshop in new product launch and cycle meetings.
- Follow-up and establish the appropriate measures to ensure accomplishment and implementation of post training assignments and action plans
- Co-ordinate, update and maintain Training database.
Qualifications
BSC in Pharmacy, Vet. Medicine and/or Science.
Experience of 2 years as Medical Representative.
