A Field Marketing Executive is responsible for executing marketing campaigns and events in their assigned region or territory. This role requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful campaigns.
Primary responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns and events in assigned region or territory.
- Support all vendor and fleet branding activities, from strategy to execution
- Conduct research to understand local market dynamics and identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and events.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop account-specific marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and creative, to develop and execute campaigns and events that support business objectives.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and collateral.
- Measure and report on campaign and event performance, using data to continuously optimize campaigns and events.
- To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field marketing, event planning, or related field.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and the ability to identify opportunities for targeted campaigns and events.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and event promotion.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and the ability to measure and report on campaign and event performance.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region or territory as needed.
