Position Objective:
- To provide support in site acquisition related activities including negotiation with concerned entities and property owners on lease agreements, prices, terms and conditions.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Execute the execution of the daily plan with stakeholders to finalize required site acquisition targets.
- Communicate with stakeholders for required cost optimization.
- Negotiate with concerned entities and property owners on lease agreement prices terms and conditions.
- Review and brief property lease agreements with property owner entities.
- Conduct quality check review and validation against provided input from stakeholders, contracts, invoices, etc.
- Submit documents and report status against the daily plan.
- Conduct a survey to acquire new sites against the nominal locations required.
- Prepare justification reports for nominal locations with no available options after conducting a survey
- Negotiate the initial price from the property owners for new sites.
- Finalize signing of agreements and contracts from property owners.
- Tracking progress on new and existing acquired sites scope.
- Process renewal of Baladiyah Permits.
- Preparation and submission of Baladiyah permit packages and process issuance of new Baladiyah Permits.
- Obtain required documents from existing and new property owners.
- Trouble ticket follow-up till close with Operations and Management.
- Communicate with external interfaces like cost optimization vendors, Baladiyah, engineer offices, and site owners within agreed SLA and KPIs
- Manage access issues with current and potential property owners for survey and operational requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Legal, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Preferable 2 years of experience in a telecom field in a related field of site acquisition
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Good in time management, self-motivated and organized person.
- Good Negotiation and customer service skills.
- Good in developing relationships and completing tasks in time.
