Responsibilities
Assist regional management in achieving assigned revenue targets
Provide pre-sales support to authorize VARs, OEMs, consultants and regional sales team:
Project specifications review
Product configuration and System Diagrams
Bill of Quantities
Special applications evaluation (if applicable)
Solution write-ups
Provide post-sales follow-up to authorize VARs, OEMs, consultants and regional sales team:
Recommend possible additional products and product updates
Evaluate possible expansion of existing systems
Assist with product demonstrations and presentations
Visit VARs, end users and consultants and provide product and company training
Assist in trade shows, conferences, seminars and marketing events
Assist in developing salient tools and programs for the sale of Lenel products
Identify and support industry influences and consultants to drive demand for Lenel's product portfolio
Respond to technical inquiries from VARs, Consultants, OEMs, end users and regional sales team
Initiate communications with Technical Support at HQ to resolve regional technical issues
Act as a liaison with Technical Support at HQ to resolve regional technical issues/communications
Identify product deficiencies and provide feedback to HQ
Determine, in coordination with regional sales team and setup the equipment necessary for trade shows, conferences, seminars, product presentations and demonstrations
Provide quotations for on-site technical support
Ensure up-to-date self training
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Engineering degree
Willingness to travel
To be a Saudi national
