Job Description

RedBox Technologies, a leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Specialist to join our team. With our innovative smart locker solutions and commitment to providing exceptional service, RedBox is revolutionizing the way parcels are sent, received, and returned.

As a Field Sales Specialist at RedBox, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You will identify and target potential clients, present our services, and close deals to expand our customer base. Your role will involve frequent travel and face-to-face interactions with clients, so excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through market research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Present products and services to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and tactics
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events to promote RedBox and generate leads

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales roles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus
