Improving and increasing customer satisfaction ratio about LG after sale service
Manage field activities and implement engineering designs
Oversee repairs and technical improvements
Communicate with the related authorized service center
Diagnose and analyze all issues and customer complaints .
Work cross functionally with other company departments to ensure best service quality for external customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical , Mechatronics, Electrical)
Previous experience as a field engineer or similar role in service center supervision
Strong technical capabilities in consumer electronics and Home Appliances
Good English skills and SAP User
High communication skills and analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to work in occasional overtime and weekends
Cairo or Giza Resident
