We are recruiting for one of our client Environmental consultancy company a person for position of :

- Finance & Administrative officer

Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Company Headcount : 8 Employees

The candidate is expected to work individually.

ACCOUNTING FUNCTION

* Conduct monthly bookkeeping using company's accounting software to record and post the transactions to their relevant accounts, prepare month end closing transactions, and issue monthly financial reports;

Prepare monthly salary computations tables and calculate the payroll tax, social insurance, and mandatory health insurance (if any) for full-time staff, part-time staff, and external consultants. Furthermore, issue a monthly payroll report showing the amounts of salaries payable to each employee as well amounts to be settled monthly to the authorities;

* Prepare VAT and withholding tax reports and its settlement at the tax authorities;

* Issuance of E-Invoices to clients in accordance to agreements and follow up on overdue amounts to ensure timely payments;

Process all transaction and manage financial obligations to employees, suppliers, consultants, and third-party vendors;

* Carry out monthly bank reconciliations for all operational bank accounts and correspond with bank for all company needs;

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT FUNCTION

* Prepare annual budget forecasts for company and for time-bound specific projects;

* Review project expenditures and ensure that project funds are used in compliance with the project agreements, assigned budget lines and Egyptian financial rules and procedures;

* Consolidate financial progress reports submitted by the responsible parties for implementation of project activities. 3

* Review annual budgets and project expenditure reports, and notify the CEO if there are any discrepancies or issues

ADMINISTRATIVE, FUNCTIONS

* Responsible in coordination with the Team Assistant for all procurement, logistics, and administrative work related to projects,

Requirements:

* Education: University degree in accounting, .

Experience: minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting

work conditions :

Location: Heliopolis

Working Hours: 8 HRS

Days off: Friday and Saturday.
