ROLE SUMMARY
The primary role of the Finance Business Partner, MEA is to be a business partner supporting the Vice President and Regional General Manager of MEA to manage their business Profit and Loss, by providing financial planning and analysis, and advice on actionable items for growth and improvement, and working closely with the Group Finance team to ensure that the financials (at the Business Units) are accounted for correctly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Provide actionable insights to Business Units by explaining variances and driving performance improvement
- Address pain points in business partnerships by enhancing communication and collaboration through clear financial analysis and reporting
- Serve as the lead finance partner to Heads of Business Units and internal departments (e.g. Supply Chain, HR) and being the liaison between business and finance
- Drive revenue and OPEX forecasting and execution with a focus on accuracy, core sales growth and profitability
- Drive annual Budget exercise in collaboration with HQ team
- Work on ad hoc strategic projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business or Finance/ Accounting related.
- At least 4-6 years in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
- Advance skills in Excel (e.g. PivotTables, V-lookup, IF- formulae...)
- Hands-on, resourceful and independent
- Never say die attitude, eager to learn and take initiatives
- Proactive problem solver, strong follow-up and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
