Our Client is a Multinational manufacturer of advanced machinery, systems and solutions. Based at their regional office in Dubai, this role will work closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making.
Job Scope for the role:
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Financial performance analysis across business units and product line margin analysis
- Annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, variance analysis
- Develop & implement internal controls and compliances as per company policies
- Cost centre & profit centre accounting
- Manage & monitor cost across the region
- Process Improvement & cost savings
- Contract Management and financial risk assessment
- Team management, mentoring & training
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualified Finance Graduates, with professional qualifications such as CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of progressive experience ideally working in an industrial product based / manufacturing environment or within machinery related services industry
- Strong work experience involving financial reporting, business analysis, product profitability, project management financial forecasting & evaluation, regional tax regulations and processes
- Good understanding and experience in IFRS
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Fluency in French or Arabic or German would be preferred
- Experience in SAP in mandatory for the role
- Regional travel as needed
