Apt Resources, a prominent recruitment company, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to join their client's team in the retail industry. As the Finance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing key insights and recommendations to senior management
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial guidance for investment decisions, acquisitions, and business development initiatives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA qualification is preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a finance team
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen

Remuneration Package is as follows:
25,000 QR to 27,000 QR
