Position: Finance Executive (Tagalog Speaker & CPA required)
Location: Dubai - Onsite
Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Finance Executive to provide financial, and administrativesupport to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate payment of accounts receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of invoicing, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to help organizations make informed financial decisions.
- monitor and assess the financial health of companies, industries, and markets, and may guide strategies to improve economic performance.
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely collection
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and account information
- Prepare and maintain various financial reports related to accounts receivable
- Monitor theaccount details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries and issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management/the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Professional certification CPA is preferred.
- 3 to 4 years experience in accounting or a similar role in UAE.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of financial principles and tools
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the Cryptocurrency/blockchain or FinTech industry is an advantage
