Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee the financial planning, management, and reporting for our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure the financial health of the company through sound decision-making, effective resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Oversee budgeting processes, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage financial reporting, including preparation of balance sheets and profit/loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost optimization.
- Lead audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Coordinate with other departments to align financial strategies with operational needs.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- CPA, CMA, SOCPA or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
