AG Resources is looking for Finance Manager for our reputable client.- The major areas of responsibility include:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and executives to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
Track budget performance against actuals, investigate discrepancies, and propose corrective actions.- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities to optimize expenses without compromising on quality or productivity.
Implement cost-control measures and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Oversee cash flow projections and ensure sufficient liquidity to meet operational requirements.
Develop strategies to enhance cash flow efficiency and minimize working capital needs. Knowledge,
CA Qualified is a must.- 5+ years post qualification experience in same filed is mandatory.

- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
