Finance Manager

MEP Contracting Company in Al Ain is looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 to 20 years of experience on the same field. They should also have a creative mindset and be able to think outside the box to solve problems.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• FinancialOversight: Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial

statements and reports that comply with accepted policies and procedures.

• BudgetingandForecasting: Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets,

financial forecasts, and reports required for decision-making.

• CashFlowManagement: Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.

RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure that all statutory requirements of the
organization are met including VAT, Income Tax, and other necessary financial regulatory
requirements specific to UAE and India.

InternalControls: Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies.Audit&Risk: Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the
annual audit. Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized.

• StrategicPlanning: Advise on strategic business development and key corporate planning issues that relate to and impact the finances of the company.

TeamManagement: Mentor and develop a direct team, managing work
allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.

Qualifications:

• 15 + years of experience in the field of (MEP Company)).

Excellent technical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills

• Creative mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
