RE industry Experience (Development, OA, leasing, FM)
Worked on off plan and completed projects in Dubai
Knowledge of DLD/Rera/Escrow/ Mollak regulations
Ability to manage AR/AP/Treasury teams
GL management and consolidation of project entities/accounts
Hands on experience in MIS/reporting
Knowledge of best system practices in industry
Good working knowledge of MS office tools
14-15 years exp.
Chartered Accountant
Previous experience with Big 4 will be added advantage
