Finance Manager

Company Overview:

Global retail leader, strategically setting up an office in the UAE to support operations across UK, the Middle East, and Asia.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations and build a high-performing team.

Position Overview:

Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Manager will oversee all financial functions, including strategic planning, management accounts, tax compliance, and overall financial operations for the UAE office. The role involves managing a $100M P&L, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, developing financial strategies, and leading financial reporting across multiple markets. Additionally, the Finance Manager will build and manage a finance team, drive process optimization, and partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth in the UK, the Middle East, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a $100M P&L and ensure profitability.
• Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets.
• Prepare and analyze management accounts and financial reports.
• Ensure tax compliance with UAE and international regulations.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of the finance team.
• Implement financial systems and optimize processes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on financial analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (ACCA/CIMA/CPA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in retail.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and UK tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience managing a P&L of $100M or more.
• Proven leadership in building and managing teams across international markets.
