Finance Manager

Brief description

CHINT Global is a leading provider of electrical switchgear solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at the Saudi Low Voltage Factory based in Dammam KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial activities of the factory, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations (Billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, Inventory/Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition).
• Manage month-end closing, prepare financial statements, and operational reports.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, conduct profitability analysis, and address cost variances.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and handle tax-related issues.
• Responsible for cash flow reporting and financing activities.
• Prepare annual operation budget and track expenditures.
• Liaison with banks, external/internal auditors, and lead team building and employee training.

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting; Accountant Certificate.

Min. 5 years in manufacturing, with 2 years in management.

Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and familiarity with SAP.

Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with good computer skills.

Ability to meet travel requirements.

• This is a full-time position, based in Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, subject to the labor regulations of KSA. Occasional travel to regional and international markets when required.
