About the position:
Galadari Energy Solutions (GES) is seeking a CA-qualified Finance Manager with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial in supporting the Finance department by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with local regulations, and strategic financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with UAE accounting standards and tax laws.
- Support the General Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to aid in decision-making.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations, including VAT filings, corporate tax returns, and any other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate annual audits and implement audit recommendations.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury functions to ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
- Assist in financial planning and strategy development to support business growth and profitability.
