Key responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

Provide strategic financial guidance and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and profitability.

Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives.

Assess financial risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's assets and interests.

Monitor and manage financial controls and internal audit processes.

Manage cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs and investment objectives.

Optimize working capital and financing structures to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.

Coordinate financial audits and reviews, liaising with auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary.

Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; mba or cpa preferred.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
