Our prestigious client, a luxury hotel in Doha are recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, reporting, and analysis for the company. Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic planning
- Monitor cash flows and manage working capital to optimise financial performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiency and process improvement
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting roles
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial management practices
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large sets of data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
