aG Resources is looking for the Finance Manager for our reputable client in Dubai.We are seeking a Finance Manager with a strong background in real estate finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, with a proven track record of success in managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and developing financial strategies. The candidate will also have a deep understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, and forecasting financial performance.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.
Manage the company's internal controls and risk management processes.- Provide financial reporting and analysis to senior management.
Supervise and mentor a team of financial analysts.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and real estate regulations.
- ACCA Qualified or CA with Article ship
6 - 10 years of experience in a financial management role, with a focus on real estate finance.
- Proven track record of success in managing financial operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and developing financial strategies.
Deep understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
