Responsibilities:
Manage the GL function and oversee AR and AP to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
Prepare balance sheet schedules monthly and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
Prepare complete sets of financial statements for management and statutory reporting.
Ensure compliance with local VAT and corporate tax requirements.
Coordinate and execute local audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Drive improvements in finance processes for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
Collaborate with HQ to manage working capital needs and prepare cash flow forecasts.
Stay updated on FRS requirements to ensure compliance.
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) preferred.
5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including some audit experience.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of financial standards, regulations, and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
