Skill Farm Members are invited to apply for the following role:
Responsibilities:
Lead coordinator for Internal and Group audits, with assistance from team members.
Lead manager for the preparation, external audit and filing of statutory financial statements of all entities in the MEA region, including coordination with the tax team.
Manage the team to ensure timely submission of other Statutory and Regulatory returns as they relate to finance including, but not limited to, Government Surveys, Bank Surveys etc.
Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director on ad-hoc initiatives and analysis.
Develop strong working relationships with team members and other key stakeholders.
Manage subordinates ensuring their career development and coaching.
Skills:
Fully Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA/CPA or other recognised Accounting qualification.
Minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in the Middle East, with some experience of working in a compliance role for a construction/engineering consultancy organisation.
Big 4 experience as a senior associate or above (PwC/EY/KPMG/Deloitte).
Sound knowledge of IFRSs and disclosure requirements.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
High standard of (numerical) presentation skills.
Excellent communication in English (both written and oral).
Experience Of Interacting With Multiple Businesses And Finance Functions.
Experience of working within a multi-cultural environment.
