Responsibilities
We are actually looking for a local Finance Manager, preferably has 6-7 years of accounting experience for DMCC entities. The main responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- To review and liaise with external service providers for Annual Financial statements, tax filings & Quarterly VAT return filing
- Prepare payroll calculations
- Prepare month-end closing
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation of quarterly and annual cashflows budget
- Provide assistance and ensure compliance with all regulatory filings
- Handle payments and expenses reimbursements
- Maintenance of employees annual leave register
- Liaise with internal and external lawyer for company filings such as resolutions and other legal documents
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
Languages And Skills
- Degree holder, Major in Accounting/Finance preferrable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient in English
- 6 7 years of relevant work experiences preferrable
