About the Role & Opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Supervisor to join our Riyadh, KSA team who will be leading our financial operations to oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role requires a dynamic professional who can drive financial performance, optimize operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance.

  • Oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that align with corporate goals and drive profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to corporate, highlighting key insights and areas of concern.
  • Streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity across the region.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial and administrative operations.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Mitigate financial and operational risks by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and drive the implementation of audit recommendations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the regional business strategy.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align financial and administrative initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and regular performance feedback to team members.
  • Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and contracts to optimize costs and service quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, clients, investors, and internal leadership. Regularly engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations. Act as a reliable point of contact, addressing inquiries and fostering a sense of partnership.

About the Skills & Experience Required

To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 6 years of experience in financial management and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role in following industries: insurance, banking, telecom, management, or technical consulting

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification in finance (e.g., CIA, CMA, CPA) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA insurance regulations, including SAMA and CMA guidelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
